1. Kısaca

• Üyelik, e-posta ya da şifre istemiyoruz. Uygulama seni otomatik ve anonim bir kimlikle tanır.
• Falın için gönderdiğin fotoğraflar ve yazdıkların sadece yorumu oluşturmak için kullanılır; yorum bittikten sonra sunucularımızda saklanmaz.
• Geçmiş falların ve profil bilgilerin (isim, doğum tarihi vb.) yalnızca senin telefonunda durur.
• Uygulama ücretsizdir ve reklamlarla desteklenir. Reklamları Google AdMob gösterir.

2. Topladığımız ve işlediğimiz bilgiler

• Anonim kullanıcı kimliği: Uygulamayı ilk açtığında Google Firebase tarafından rastgele bir kimlik oluşturulur. Buna bağlı olarak sunucumuzda sadece fal hakkı sayın ve o gün izlediğin reklam sayısı tutulur.
• Fal için gönderdiğin içerikler: fincan ya da avuç fotoğrafları, rüya anlatımın, niyetin, seçtiğin tarot kartları; isteğe bağlı olarak adın, doğum tarihin, ilişki durumun ve aşk uyumunda merak ettiğin kişinin adı ve doğum tarihi. Bunlar sadece o anki yorumu oluşturmak için işlenir.
• Telefonunda saklananlar: profil bilgilerin, geçmiş falların (küçük önizleme görselleriyle), dil tercihin ve hatırlatma ayarın. Bu bilgiler bize gönderilmez; uygulamayı silersen hepsi silinir.
• Reklam verileri: Google AdMob; reklam kimliği, IP adresi, cihaz ve kullanım bilgileri gibi verileri kendi politikalarına göre işleyebilir. Senin iznin olmadan kişiselleştirilmiş reklam gösterilmez (iPhone'da "Uygulama İzleme" izni, AB/Birleşik Krallık'ta onay penceresi).
• Özel nitelikli kişisel veri (sağlık, din vb.) istemiyoruz; lütfen fal için gönderdiğin metinlerde bu tür bilgiler paylaşma.

3. Yapay zeka ile yorum

• Fal yorumları, Anthropic PBC'nin (ABD) Claude yapay zeka hizmeti ile oluşturulur. Fal için gönderdiğin içerikler, yorum oluşturulması için güvenli bağlantıyla Anthropic'e iletilir.
• Anthropic, API üzerinden gelen verileri varsayılan olarak model eğitiminde kullanmaz ve 30 gün içinde kendi sistemlerinden siler (yasal ya da güvenlik gerekçeli istisnalar hariç).
• Uygulama ilk açıldığında bu aktarım hakkında seni bilgilendirir ve onayını alır. Bu onay, verilerin yurt dışına aktarımı için açık rızan anlamına gelir.

4. Hizmet sağlayıcılar ve yurt dışına aktarım

• Google Firebase (Google Ireland / Google LLC): anonim kimlik, sunucu işlemleri ve fal hakkı kaydı. Sunucularımız AB'de (Belçika, europe-west1) çalışır.
• Anthropic PBC (ABD): fal yorumlarının oluşturulması.
• Google AdMob (Google LLC): reklam gösterimi ve ödüllü reklamların doğrulanması.
• Bu hizmetlerin bir kısmı Türkiye ve AB dışında (ABD) bulunur. Aktarım; açık rızana ve sağlayıcıların standart sözleşme hükümleri gibi güvencelerine dayanır.

5. Saklama süreleri

• Fal için gönderilen fotoğraf ve metinler sunucularımızda saklanmaz; yalnızca yorum oluşturulurken geçici olarak işlenir.
• Anonim kimlik ve fal hakkı kaydı, uygulamayı kullandığın sürece tutulur. Silinmesini istersen bize yazabilirsin.
• Telefonundaki geçmiş fallarını uygulama içinden tek tek silebilir ya da uygulamayı kaldırarak hepsini silebilirsin.

6. Bildirimler

• Uygulama, izin verirsen, birkaç gün uğramadığında tek bir hatırlatma gösterir. Bu bildirim telefonunda oluşturulur; bunun için hiçbir veri sunucuya gönderilmez. Ayarlar'dan istediğin zaman kapatabilirsin.

7. Çocuklar

• Uygulama 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek bu yaştaki çocuklardan veri toplamaz.

8. Hakların

• KVKK'nın 11. maddesi ve (AB'de yaşıyorsan) GDPR kapsamında; verilerinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi isteme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeye itiraz etme ve verdiğin onayı geri alma haklarına sahipsin.
• Taleplerin için eridenomer@gmail.com adresine yazabilirsin; en geç 30 gün içinde yanıt veririz. Ayrıca Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na ya da ülkendeki veri koruma otoritesine şikâyette bulunabilirsin.

9. Eğlence amaçlıdır

• Fal yorumları eğlence amaçlıdır; tıbbi, hukuki, finansal ya da profesyonel tavsiye yerine geçmez.

10. Değişiklikler

• Bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel hali her zaman bu sayfada yayınlanır; önemli değişikliklerde uygulama içinde de haber veririz.

This policy explains what information the Falcı Kız mobile app (the "App") processes, why, and how. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read this policy. Data controller: Erkan (independent developer) — contact: eridenomer@gmail.com.

1. In brief

• We do not ask for membership, an email address or a password. The App recognizes you with an automatic, anonymous ID.
• The photos you send and the text you write for your reading are used only to create the interpretation; they are not stored on our servers once the interpretation is finished.
• Your past readings and your profile information (name, date of birth, etc.) stay only on your phone.
• The App is free and supported by ads. Ads are shown by Google AdMob.

2. Information we collect and process

• Anonymous user ID: When you first open the App, Google Firebase creates a random ID. Linked to it, our server keeps only your reading allowance and the number of ads you watched that day.
• Content you send for a reading: photos of your cup or palm, your dream description, your intention, the tarot cards you chose; and, optionally, your name, date of birth, relationship status, and the name and date of birth of the person you are curious about in a love compatibility reading. These are processed only to create the interpretation at hand.
• What is stored on your phone: your profile information, your past readings (with small preview images), your language preference and your reminder setting. This information is not sent to us; if you delete the App, all of it is deleted.
• Advertising data: Google AdMob may process data such as the advertising ID, IP address, and device and usage information in accordance with its own policies. Personalized ads are not shown without your permission (the "App Tracking Transparency" permission on iPhone, a consent prompt in the EU/UK).
• We do not ask for special categories of personal data (health, religion, etc.); please do not share this kind of information in the text you submit for a reading.

3. Interpretation with artificial intelligence

• Reading interpretations are created with the Claude artificial intelligence service of Anthropic PBC (USA). The content you submit for a reading is transmitted to Anthropic over a secure connection so that the interpretation can be created.
• By default, Anthropic does not use data received through its API to train models and deletes it from its own systems within 30 days (except for exceptions based on legal or security grounds).
• When the App is first opened, it informs you about this transfer and asks for your consent. This consent constitutes your explicit consent to the transfer of data abroad.

4. Service providers and transfers abroad

• Google Firebase (Google Ireland / Google LLC): anonymous ID, server operations and reading allowance records. Our servers run in the EU (Belgium, europe-west1).
• Anthropic PBC (USA): creating reading interpretations.
• Google AdMob (Google LLC): displaying ads and verifying rewarded ads.
• Some of these services are located outside Turkey and the EU (in the USA). Transfers are based on your explicit consent and on safeguards such as the providers' standard contractual clauses.

5. Retention periods

• Photos and text submitted for a reading are not stored on our servers; they are only processed temporarily while the interpretation is being created.
• The anonymous ID and reading allowance record are kept for as long as you use the App. If you want them deleted, you can write to us.
• You can delete your past readings on your phone one by one from within the App, or delete all of them by uninstalling the App.

6. Notifications

• If you give permission, the App shows a single reminder when you have not visited for a few days. This notification is created on your phone; no data is sent to a server for it. You can turn it off at any time in Settings.

7. Children

• The App is not intended for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children of this age.

8. Your rights

• Under Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and (if you live in the EU) the GDPR, you have the right to learn whether your data is being processed, to request information, to request correction or deletion, to object to processing, and to withdraw the consent you have given.
• You can write to eridenomer@gmail.com for your requests; we will reply within 30 days at the latest. You can also file a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority or the data protection authority in your country.

9. For entertainment purposes only

• Reading interpretations are for entertainment purposes only; they are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial or professional advice.

10. Changes

• We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page; for significant changes we will also let you know within the App.

1. Kurz gefasst

• Wir verlangen keine Registrierung, keine E-Mail-Adresse und kein Passwort. Die App erkennt dich anhand einer automatischen, anonymen Kennung.
• Die Fotos, die du sendest, und die Texte, die du für deine Deutung schreibst, werden nur zur Erstellung der Deutung verwendet; nach Abschluss der Deutung werden sie nicht auf unseren Servern gespeichert.
• Deine bisherigen Deutungen und deine Profilangaben (Name, Geburtsdatum usw.) bleiben ausschließlich auf deinem Telefon.
• Die App ist kostenlos und wird durch Werbung finanziert. Die Werbung wird von Google AdMob angezeigt.

2. Informationen, die wir erheben und verarbeiten

• Anonyme Nutzerkennung: Wenn du die App zum ersten Mal öffnest, erstellt Google Firebase eine zufällige Kennung. Verknüpft damit speichert unser Server nur dein Deutungskontingent und die Anzahl der Werbeanzeigen, die du an diesem Tag angesehen hast.
• Inhalte, die du für eine Deutung sendest: Fotos deiner Tasse oder deiner Handfläche, deine Traumbeschreibung, deine Absicht, die von dir gewählten Tarotkarten; optional außerdem dein Name, dein Geburtsdatum, dein Beziehungsstatus sowie Name und Geburtsdatum der Person, über die du bei der Liebeskompatibilität mehr wissen möchtest. Diese Daten werden nur verarbeitet, um die jeweilige Deutung zu erstellen.
• Was auf deinem Telefon gespeichert wird: deine Profilangaben, deine bisherigen Deutungen (mit kleinen Vorschaubildern), deine Spracheinstellung und deine Erinnerungseinstellung. Diese Informationen werden nicht an uns gesendet; wenn du die App löschst, wird alles gelöscht.
• Werbedaten: Google AdMob kann Daten wie die Werbe-ID, die IP-Adresse sowie Geräte- und Nutzungsinformationen gemäß den eigenen Richtlinien verarbeiten. Ohne deine Erlaubnis wird keine personalisierte Werbung angezeigt (auf dem iPhone die Berechtigung "App Tracking Transparency", in der EU/im Vereinigten Königreich ein Einwilligungsfenster).
• Wir verlangen keine besonderen Kategorien personenbezogener Daten (Gesundheit, Religion usw.); bitte teile solche Informationen nicht in den Texten, die du für eine Deutung sendest.

3. Deutung mit künstlicher Intelligenz

• Die Deutungen werden mit dem KI-Dienst Claude von Anthropic PBC (USA) erstellt. Die Inhalte, die du für eine Deutung sendest, werden über eine sichere Verbindung an Anthropic übermittelt, damit die Deutung erstellt werden kann.
• Anthropic verwendet über die API eingehende Daten standardmäßig nicht zum Training von Modellen und löscht sie innerhalb von 30 Tagen aus den eigenen Systemen (außer bei Ausnahmen aus rechtlichen oder Sicherheitsgründen).
• Beim ersten Öffnen informiert dich die App über diese Übermittlung und holt deine Einwilligung ein. Diese Einwilligung bedeutet deine ausdrückliche Einwilligung in die Übermittlung der Daten ins Ausland.

4. Dienstleister und Übermittlung ins Ausland

• Google Firebase (Google Ireland / Google LLC): anonyme Kennung, Serververarbeitung und Erfassung des Deutungskontingents. Unsere Server laufen in der EU (Belgien, europe-west1).
• Anthropic PBC (USA): Erstellung der Deutungen.
• Google AdMob (Google LLC): Anzeige von Werbung und Überprüfung von Belohnungsanzeigen.
• Ein Teil dieser Dienste befindet sich außerhalb der Türkei und der EU (in den USA). Die Übermittlung beruht auf deiner ausdrücklichen Einwilligung und auf Garantien wie den Standardvertragsklauseln der Anbieter.

5. Speicherdauer

• Für eine Deutung gesendete Fotos und Texte werden nicht auf unseren Servern gespeichert; sie werden nur vorübergehend verarbeitet, während die Deutung erstellt wird.
• Die anonyme Kennung und der Eintrag zum Deutungskontingent werden so lange aufbewahrt, wie du die App nutzt. Wenn du möchtest, dass sie gelöscht werden, kannst du uns schreiben.
• Deine bisherigen Deutungen auf deinem Telefon kannst du in der App einzeln löschen oder alle auf einmal, indem du die App deinstallierst.

6. Benachrichtigungen

• Wenn du es erlaubst, zeigt die App eine einzelne Erinnerung an, sobald du einige Tage nicht vorbeigeschaut hast. Diese Benachrichtigung wird auf deinem Telefon erzeugt; dafür werden keine Daten an einen Server gesendet. Du kannst sie jederzeit in den Einstellungen ausschalten.

7. Kinder

• Die App richtet sich nicht an Kinder unter 13 Jahren und erhebt wissentlich keine Daten von Kindern in diesem Alter.

8. Deine Rechte

• Nach Artikel 11 des türkischen Datenschutzgesetzes (KVKK) und (wenn du in der EU lebst) der DSGVO hast du das Recht zu erfahren, ob deine Daten verarbeitet werden, Auskunft zu verlangen, Berichtigung und Löschung zu verlangen, der Verarbeitung zu widersprechen und die von dir erteilte Einwilligung zu widerrufen.
• Für deine Anliegen kannst du an eridenomer@gmail.com schreiben; wir antworten spätestens innerhalb von 30 Tagen. Außerdem kannst du dich bei der türkischen Datenschutzbehörde (Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority) oder bei der Datenschutzbehörde deines Landes beschweren.

9. Nur zur Unterhaltung

• Die Deutungen dienen nur der Unterhaltung; sie ersetzen keine medizinische, rechtliche, finanzielle oder sonstige professionelle Beratung.

10. Änderungen

• Wir können diese Erklärung aktualisieren. Die aktuelle Fassung wird stets auf dieser Seite veröffentlicht; bei wesentlichen Änderungen informieren wir dich auch in der App.

2. المعلومات التي نجمعها ونعالجها

• هوية المستخدم المجهولة: عند فتح التطبيق للمرة الأولى، يُنشئ Google Firebase هوية عشوائية. وتبعًا لها، لا نحتفظ على خادمنا إلا بعدد محاولات قراءة الطالع المتبقية لديك وعدد الإعلانات التي شاهدتها في ذلك اليوم.
• المحتويات التي ترسلها لقراءة الطالع: صور الفنجان أو الكف، ووصف حلمك، ونيّتك، وأوراق التاروت التي اخترتها؛ واختياريًا اسمك وتاريخ ميلادك وحالتك العاطفية واسم الشخص الذي تتساءل عن التوافق العاطفي معه وتاريخ ميلاده. تُعالج هذه البيانات فقط لإنشاء التفسير الحالي.
• ما يُخزَّن على هاتفك: معلومات ملفك الشخصي، وقراءات طالعك السابقة (مع صور معاينة صغيرة)، وتفضيل اللغة، وإعداد التذكير. لا تُرسل هذه المعلومات إلينا؛ وتُحذف جميعها إذا حذفت التطبيق.
• بيانات الإعلانات: قد يعالج Google AdMob بيانات مثل معرّف الإعلانات وعنوان IP ومعلومات الجهاز والاستخدام وفقًا لسياساته الخاصة. لا تُعرض إعلانات مخصصة دون موافقتك (على iPhone عبر إذن "تتبّع التطبيقات" (App Tracking Transparency)، وفي الاتحاد الأوروبي والمملكة المتحدة عبر نافذة الموافقة).
• لا نطلب بيانات شخصية ذات طبيعة خاصة (كالصحة والدين وغيرها)؛ يُرجى عدم مشاركة مثل هذه المعلومات في النصوص التي ترسلها لقراءة الطالع.

3. التفسير بالذكاء الاصطناعي

• تُنشأ تفسيرات الطالع بواسطة خدمة Claude للذكاء الاصطناعي التابعة لشركة Anthropic PBC (الولايات المتحدة). تُنقل المحتويات التي ترسلها لقراءة الطالع إلى Anthropic عبر اتصال آمن من أجل إنشاء التفسير.
• لا تستخدم Anthropic البيانات الواردة عبر واجهة API لتدريب النماذج افتراضيًا، وتحذفها من أنظمتها خلال 30 يومًا (باستثناء الحالات المبنية على أسباب قانونية أو أمنية).
• عند فتح التطبيق للمرة الأولى، يُعلمك بهذا النقل ويطلب موافقتك. تعني هذه الموافقة رضاك الصريح بنقل البيانات إلى خارج البلاد.

4. مزوّدو الخدمة والنقل إلى الخارج

• Google Firebase (Google Ireland / Google LLC): الهوية المجهولة، وعمليات الخادم، وسجل عدد محاولات قراءة الطالع. تعمل خوادمنا في الاتحاد الأوروبي (بلجيكا، europe-west1).
• Anthropic PBC (الولايات المتحدة): إنشاء تفسيرات الطالع.
• Google AdMob (Google LLC): عرض الإعلانات والتحقق من الإعلانات المكافِئة.
• يقع بعض هذه الخدمات خارج تركيا والاتحاد الأوروبي (في الولايات المتحدة). ويستند النقل إلى موافقتك الصريحة وإلى ضمانات مثل بنود العقود القياسية لدى المزوّدين.

5. مدد الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

• لا تُحفظ الصور والنصوص المرسلة لقراءة الطالع على خوادمنا؛ بل تُعالج مؤقتًا فقط أثناء إنشاء التفسير.
• تُحفظ الهوية المجهولة وسجل عدد محاولات قراءة الطالع ما دمت تستخدم التطبيق. وإذا رغبت في حذفها فيمكنك مراسلتنا.
• يمكنك حذف قراءات طالعك السابقة على هاتفك واحدة تلو الأخرى من داخل التطبيق، أو حذفها جميعًا بإزالة التطبيق.

6. الإشعارات

• إذا سمحت بذلك، يعرض التطبيق تذكيرًا واحدًا فقط عندما لا تزوره لعدة أيام. يُنشأ هذا الإشعار على هاتفك؛ ولا تُرسل أي بيانات إلى الخادم لأجله. يمكنك إيقافه في أي وقت من الإعدادات.

7. الأطفال

• التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون سن 13 عامًا، ولا يجمع عمدًا بيانات من الأطفال في هذه السن.

8. حقوقك

• بموجب المادة 11 من قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية التركي (KVKK) و(إذا كنت تقيم في الاتحاد الأوروبي) اللائحة العامة لحماية البيانات (GDPR)، لديك الحق في معرفة ما إذا كانت بياناتك تُعالج، وطلب معلومات، وطلب التصحيح والحذف، والاعتراض على المعالجة، وسحب الموافقة التي منحتها.

1. En resumen

• No pedimos registro, correo electrónico ni contraseña. La Aplicación te reconoce con un identificador automático y anónimo.
• Las fotos que envías y lo que escribes para tu lectura solo se usan para generar la interpretación; una vez terminada, no se conservan en nuestros servidores.
• Tus lecturas anteriores y tu información de perfil (nombre, fecha de nacimiento, etc.) permanecen únicamente en tu teléfono.
• La Aplicación es gratuita y se financia con publicidad. Los anuncios los muestra Google AdMob.

2. Información que recopilamos y tratamos

• Identificador de usuario anónimo: la primera vez que abres la Aplicación, Google Firebase genera un identificador aleatorio. Vinculado a él, en nuestro servidor solo se guarda tu número de lecturas disponibles y la cantidad de anuncios que has visto ese día.
• Contenido que envías para la lectura: fotos de la taza o de la palma de la mano, el relato de tu sueño, tu intención, las cartas del tarot que elijas; y, de forma opcional, tu nombre, tu fecha de nacimiento, tu situación sentimental y el nombre y la fecha de nacimiento de la persona sobre la que quieras saber en la compatibilidad amorosa. Esto se trata únicamente para generar la interpretación del momento.
• Lo que se guarda en tu teléfono: tu información de perfil, tus lecturas anteriores (con pequeñas imágenes de vista previa), tu preferencia de idioma y el ajuste de recordatorio. Esta información no se nos envía; si eliminas la Aplicación, se borra todo.
• Datos publicitarios: Google AdMob puede tratar datos como el identificador de publicidad, la dirección IP y la información del dispositivo y de uso conforme a sus propias políticas. Sin tu permiso no se muestran anuncios personalizados (el permiso de "Transparencia de seguimiento de apps" en iPhone; la ventana de consentimiento en la UE y el Reino Unido).
• No queremos datos personales de categorías especiales (salud, religión, etc.); por favor, no compartas este tipo de información en los textos que envíes para la lectura.

3. Interpretación con inteligencia artificial

• Las interpretaciones se generan con el servicio de inteligencia artificial Claude de Anthropic PBC (EE. UU.). El contenido que envías para la lectura se transmite a Anthropic mediante una conexión segura para generar la interpretación.
• Anthropic, por defecto, no utiliza los datos recibidos a través de la API para entrenar modelos y los elimina de sus sistemas en un plazo de 30 días (salvo excepciones por motivos legales o de seguridad).
• Cuando abres la Aplicación por primera vez, te informa sobre esta transferencia y solicita tu consentimiento. Este consentimiento supone tu consentimiento explícito para la transferencia de los datos al extranjero.

4. Proveedores de servicios y transferencias al extranjero

• Google Firebase (Google Ireland / Google LLC): identificador anónimo, operaciones del servidor y registro de lecturas disponibles. Nuestros servidores funcionan en la UE (Bélgica, europe-west1).
• Anthropic PBC (EE. UU.): generación de las interpretaciones.
• Google AdMob (Google LLC): visualización de anuncios y verificación de los anuncios con recompensa.
• Algunos de estos servicios se encuentran fuera de Turquía y de la UE (EE. UU.). La transferencia se basa en tu consentimiento explícito y en garantías como las cláusulas contractuales tipo de los proveedores.

5. Plazos de conservación

• Las fotos y los textos enviados para la lectura no se conservan en nuestros servidores; solo se tratan de forma temporal mientras se genera la interpretación.
• El identificador anónimo y el registro de lecturas disponibles se conservan mientras uses la Aplicación. Si quieres que se eliminen, puedes escribirnos.
• Puedes eliminar una por una tus lecturas anteriores guardadas en tu teléfono desde la propia Aplicación, o borrarlas todas desinstalando la Aplicación.

6. Notificaciones

• Si lo permites, la Aplicación muestra un único recordatorio cuando llevas unos días sin entrar. Esta notificación se genera en tu teléfono; para ello no se envía ningún dato al servidor. Puedes desactivarla en cualquier momento desde Ajustes.

7. Menores

• La Aplicación no está dirigida a menores de 13 años y no recopila datos de niños de esa edad de forma deliberada.

8. Tus derechos

• Conforme al artículo 11 de la Ley turca de Protección de Datos Personales (KVKK) y, si vives en la UE, al RGPD, tienes derecho a saber si se tratan tus datos, a solicitar información, a rectificarlos, a suprimirlos, a oponerte al tratamiento y a retirar el consentimiento que hayas dado.
• Para tus solicitudes puedes escribir a eridenomer@gmail.com; responderemos en un plazo máximo de 30 días. También puedes presentar una reclamación ante la Autoridad turca de Protección de Datos Personales o ante la autoridad de protección de datos de tu país.

9. Con fines de entretenimiento

• Las interpretaciones tienen fines de entretenimiento; no sustituyen el asesoramiento médico, jurídico, financiero ni profesional.

10. Cambios

• Podemos actualizar esta política. La versión vigente siempre se publica en esta página; en caso de cambios importantes, también te avisaremos dentro de la Aplicación.

1. En bref

• Nous ne demandons ni inscription, ni e-mail, ni mot de passe. L'Application te reconnaît grâce à un identifiant automatique et anonyme.
• Les photos que tu envoies et ce que tu écris pour ta lecture servent uniquement à générer l'interprétation ; une fois celle-ci terminée, ils ne sont pas conservés sur nos serveurs.
• Tes lectures précédentes et les informations de ton profil (nom, date de naissance, etc.) restent uniquement sur ton téléphone.
• L'Application est gratuite et financée par la publicité. Les publicités sont affichées par Google AdMob.

2. Informations que nous collectons et traitons

• Identifiant utilisateur anonyme : lorsque tu ouvres l'Application pour la première fois, Google Firebase génère un identifiant aléatoire. Lié à cet identifiant, seuls ton nombre de lectures disponibles et le nombre de publicités que tu as regardées ce jour-là sont conservés sur notre serveur.
• Contenus que tu envoies pour la lecture : photos de tasse ou de paume de la main, récit de ton rêve, ton intention, les cartes de tarot que tu choisis ; et, de façon facultative, ton prénom, ta date de naissance, ta situation amoureuse ainsi que le prénom et la date de naissance de la personne qui t'intéresse pour la compatibilité amoureuse. Ces éléments sont traités uniquement pour générer l'interprétation du moment.
• Ce qui est stocké sur ton téléphone : les informations de ton profil, tes lectures précédentes (avec de petites images d'aperçu), ta préférence de langue et ton réglage de rappel. Ces informations ne nous sont pas envoyées ; si tu supprimes l'Application, tout est effacé.
• Données publicitaires : Google AdMob peut traiter des données telles que l'identifiant publicitaire, l'adresse IP et des informations sur l'appareil et l'utilisation, conformément à ses propres politiques. Sans ton autorisation, aucune publicité personnalisée n'est affichée (l'autorisation "Transparence du suivi des apps" sur iPhone ; la fenêtre de consentement dans l'UE et au Royaume-Uni).
• Nous ne souhaitons pas recevoir de données personnelles sensibles (santé, religion, etc.) ; merci de ne pas partager ce type d'informations dans les textes que tu envoies pour la lecture.

3. Interprétation par intelligence artificielle

• Les interprétations sont générées par le service d'intelligence artificielle Claude d'Anthropic PBC (États-Unis). Les contenus que tu envoies pour la lecture sont transmis à Anthropic par une connexion sécurisée afin de générer l'interprétation.
• Par défaut, Anthropic n'utilise pas les données reçues via l'API pour entraîner ses modèles et les supprime de ses systèmes sous 30 jours (sauf exceptions pour des raisons légales ou de sécurité).
• Lors de la première ouverture, l'Application t'informe de ce transfert et recueille ton consentement. Ce consentement vaut consentement explicite au transfert de tes données vers l'étranger.

4. Prestataires de services et transferts vers l'étranger

• Google Firebase (Google Ireland / Google LLC) : identifiant anonyme, opérations du serveur et enregistrement des lectures disponibles. Nos serveurs fonctionnent dans l'UE (Belgique, europe-west1).
• Anthropic PBC (États-Unis) : génération des interprétations.
• Google AdMob (Google LLC) : affichage des publicités et vérification des publicités avec récompense.
• Certains de ces services sont situés en dehors de la Turquie et de l'UE (États-Unis). Le transfert repose sur ton consentement explicite et sur des garanties telles que les clauses contractuelles types des prestataires.

5. Durées de conservation

• Les photos et textes envoyés pour la lecture ne sont pas conservés sur nos serveurs ; ils sont uniquement traités de façon temporaire pendant la génération de l'interprétation.
• L'identifiant anonyme et l'enregistrement des lectures disponibles sont conservés tant que tu utilises l'Application. Si tu souhaites qu'ils soient supprimés, tu peux nous écrire.
• Tu peux supprimer une par une, depuis l'Application, tes lectures précédentes stockées sur ton téléphone, ou toutes les effacer en désinstallant l'Application.

6. Notifications

• Si tu l'autorises, l'Application affiche un seul rappel lorsque tu ne t'y es pas connecté(e) depuis quelques jours. Cette notification est créée sur ton téléphone ; aucune donnée n'est envoyée au serveur pour cela. Tu peux la désactiver à tout moment dans les Réglages.

7. Enfants

• L'Application n'est pas destinée aux enfants de moins de 13 ans et ne collecte pas sciemment de données auprès d'enfants de cet âge.

8. Tes droits

• En vertu de l'article 11 de la loi turque relative à la protection des données personnelles (KVKK) et, si tu résides dans l'UE, du RGPD, tu as le droit de savoir si tes données sont traitées, de demander des informations, de les faire rectifier, de les faire supprimer, de t'opposer à leur traitement et de retirer le consentement que tu as donné.
• Pour tes demandes, tu peux écrire à eridenomer@gmail.com ; nous répondons au plus tard sous 30 jours. Tu peux également déposer une plainte auprès de l'Autorité turque de protection des données personnelles ou de l'autorité de protection des données de ton pays.

9. À des fins de divertissement

• Les interprétations sont destinées au divertissement ; elles ne remplacent pas un avis médical, juridique, financier ou professionnel.

10. Modifications

• Nous pouvons mettre à jour cette politique. La version en vigueur est toujours publiée sur cette page ; en cas de changements importants, nous te prévenons également dans l'Application.
